🔄 Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before arrival — 10% of package cost deducted
- 15–30 days before arrival — 50% of total package cost deducted
- Within 15 days / No Show — No refund
- GST is non-refundable in all cases
- No refunds for road blocks, accidents or unused nights
